Learning mindfulness skills is a great way to slow down the pace of life and enjoy your moments more; to be less stressed and anxious; feel happier and more peaceful. Are the things you worry about increasing and are you suffering from stress and anxiety?
We can provide individual, tailor made courses for you using mindfulness skills or perhaps you would prefer to be a part of a group experience? Working in groups is a great way to facilitate your learning and growing alongside others who share a similar focus and need. Working in a group can provide another safe space and is in itself a therapeutic opportunity in which to explore yourself in a different way where you can not only learn about yourself but also learn from others.
We offer short group work courses lasting six to eight weeks entitled
